A Domestic and Global Pursuits by the CIA

 

I am a target to eliminate by the U.S. Government and a survivor of a legally litigated case internationally and currently active at the Federal Court of Canada, involving persecution, torture, terrorism, and transnational repression across seven countries—the United States, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Qatar, Egypt, Norway, and Canada—attributed to the U.S. government and its allied intelligence networks

• These allegations fall under federal criminal statutes that impose mandatory investigative duties on the Department of Justice and the FBI — including 18 U.S.C. §§ 2340 (torture), 1038 (false information and terrorism-related claims), 1001 (false statements), and 371 (conspiracy).

• Despite my repeated invitations to congress, and public pressure, the DOJ has neither disproven these allegations nor exercised its statutory authority to indict me if my claims were false.

Under U.S. law, this sustained absence of action — despite my repeated invitations, public pressure, and formal requests — is evidence that the DOJ and FBI cannot refute the substance of the accusations and have willfully chosen not to perform their mandated legal duties undermining the rule of law, the U.S. constitution and denies the institutional safety or constitutional protection in my case.

Record of Events: Initial Escape and Early Timeline

Every escape has a cause, and every movement generates a record.

Incident Preceding the First Escape

• The first escape occurred after being chased by NYPD officers using black unmarked vehicles.

• The chase followed a public complaint posted on X regarding the failure to receive legal services from ActionNYC, services for which I was eligible.

• At the time of the incident, I had been fired from all jobs I held prior to leaving the United States.

Chronological Record of Entry and Early Residence in the United States

Arrival and Purpose of Entry

• Date of arrival: October 28, 2016.

• Port of entry: Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Atlanta, Georgia.

• Initial destination: Statesboro, Georgia.

• Purpose of entry: Entry as the fiancé of an American citizen for the purpose of marriage.

Background of the Relationship

• The American partner-initiated contact from Atlanta and maintained communication for approximately three years prior to my travel.

• Three months before my arrival, she relocated from Atlanta to Statesboro, Georgia.

• She traveled to Egypt three times before the marriage took place.

• During the first two weeks, in my initial meetings with my ex‑partner’s family, they told me explicitly and in a harsh tone: “We hate you.” This was the point at which the situation began to escalate seriously, and it unfolded on U.S. soil under the authority of the U.S. government I later accused of Extracting me from Egypt to torture me to death in the Great America.

Marital and Post‑Marital Timeline

• Marriage: Occurred after arrival in the United States in October 2016.

• Divorce: Finalized in August 2018.

• Post‑divorce relocation: After the divorce, I moved from Statesboro, Georgia to Jersey City, New Jersey.
