The CIA Covert Operation: Episode 4 — Sonic Attacks, A Crime Without Evidence
The CIA most lethal weapons to eliminate their targets: "The Silent Treatment" and "The burden of proof"
A currently active case at the Federal Court of Canada and Canadian IRCC. A case of persecution, torture and transnational repression by the US Government, by the CIA aided by the FBI. 10 years, 7 countries and 16 escape trips. A case filed in Sweden, England, Qatar, Norway and now in Canada. A transnational repression in 6 countries including Egypt. A case filed with the United Nations and Inter American Commission on Human Rights.
When the rules no longer protect you, you are forced to protect yourself. That is the principle Mark quote - the prime minister of Canada - reminded me of—and it is the reason I am now sharing my case publicly, after five (now six) countries aligned themselves with U.S. pressure and blocked every avenue of safety.
This episode focuses on the most difficult part of my evidence:
sonic attacks, invisible physical torture, and the psychological operations designed to break a person without ever leaving a visible mark.
It also walks through the written submissions I provided to Canada—specifically the WAVE, Drugs, TIGO, and POLY supplementals, along with Sections 7 and 8 of my main submission.
The staged “accidents” were the visible attempts.
The sonic attacks were the invisible continuation.
Across shelters, dorms, and apartments, I documented:
A ruptured eardrum
Permanent eye damage
TMJ injury
Cardiac symptoms
Repeated trauma in enclosed environments
Sound waves are physical. They exert force. They can be weaponized. And they can be used in ways that leave no fingerprints.
This is why I submitted the Wave supplemental to the Canadian authorities—because they understand these tactics exist, and because the physics behind them is not speculative. It is measurable.
But the most lethal part of this tactic is not the sound wave itself.
It is the burden of proof.
If the sound waves don’t kill you, the psychological weight of trying to prove what happened is supposed to let you commit suicide.
This is the same pattern seen in other cases—people who tried to speak out, only to be dismissed, discredited, or found dead with explanations that never matched the circumstances.

I am not carrying that burden for the world.
I only need to prove it to one government willing to protect me.
2. My Work History: Evidence Against the “Victim Mindset” Narrative
Before all of this, I worked in internal audit. I am a CPA with international experience across five countries. When I joined Home Depot for $14.25 an hour, I approached it with the same mindset I used at PwC: understand the business from the ground up.
I did the same at Pizza Hut.
I did the same at every minimum‑wage job I took.
This is not the behavior of a man “playing victim.”
It is the behavior of someone trying to survive with dignity.
I also scored 100% on my H&R Block certification on the first attempt.
Yet despite qualifications, experience, and effort, I was systematically blocked from employment—across states, across industries, across years.

3. Section 8: Baptism, Medical Records, and the Silence of Human Rights Organizations

I reached out to every major human rights organization under U.S. influence.
All were silent.
I attempted to retrain as a medical biller and coder.
I was smeared and blocked.
I contacted my congressional representative.
No response.
I contacted the New York City mayor.
No response.
This is not bureaucracy.

4. Gaslighting Through “Support Organizations”
One of the most disturbing pieces of evidence I submitted was from a global “support” organization used to gaslight targets. I collected proof while the representative was actively manipulating me.
This is part of a broader tactic:
Block employment
Block housing
Block asylum
Block support
Then claim the target is unstable, isolated, or paranoid

5. Diplomatic Pressure and the Use of Allied Governments
The tactics used against me are not unique. They are documented:
Informing allied governments to block employment
Restricting travel
Interfering with asylum
Creating social isolation
Inducing mental health deterioration
Pushing the target toward suicide or exile
This is why I was blocked in Sweden, Norway, and Canada.
This is why I lost my livelihood.

6. Weaponizing the Church and the “Convert” Narrative
My conversion to Christianity was genuine.
I come from a generation that reads thousands of pages before making a decision.
But the church was weaponized against me:
“Get baptized and we’ll get you a $120,000 job.”
“Get baptized and we’ll fix your life.”
“Get baptized and we’ll help you.”
Then later:
“He only converted for money.”
“He used the church.”
I documented everything—including returning money I was offered.
This is how discrediting operations work.
7. Police‑Based Psychological Operations (POLY Supplemental)
Psychologists like Dr. Ramani have described how abusers manipulate the environment around a target.
I experienced this repeatedly:
Raleigh, North Carolina
A staged fight on a bus.
A man beaten until he bled.
He showed the police a recording.
The next day, the perpetrator was free and walking around the station.
The message was clear:
“Someone can attack you and nothing will happen.”
“You can attack someone and nothing will happen.”
“Violence is normal.”
“You are unsafe.”
This is how fear and anger are engineered.

8. The Disability Trap (TIG Supplemental)
One of the most dangerous traps was the attempt to force me into a disability‑based job.
The only job available to me came with disability benefits.
They pressured me to accept it within 48 hours.
If I had taken it, they could later claim:
“He faked vertigo to get benefits.”
“He is manipulating the system.”
This is how targets are discredited.
I refused.
Even when I had only $5,000 left.
Even when I desperately needed income.
I also documented that I never applied for disability benefits—even after becoming a U.S. citizen.
9. My Work During Isolation: Evidence of Capability
While isolated in the U.S., I taught myself Tableau and built a full business intelligence proposal for a major client in Egypt.
I competed in the Middle East market because the U.S. market was blocked.
I included:
The proposal
The dashboards
The invoices
The bank transfers
This is not the behavior of someone unstable.
It is the behavior of someone trying to survive.
10. Chemical Exposure and the Case of the Egyptian PHD Student in France
I referenced the case of an Egyptian PHD Student - Dr. Reem Hamed, who died in France after reporting symptoms similar to mine—eye pain, nasal irritation, rapid heartbeat.
She died.
No one was held responsible.

11. The Shelter Manipulations (DRUGS Supplemental)
In Raleigh, the shelter added unnecessary rules—warnings about guns, threats, and “neighborhood rules” that made no sense.
In Canada, a security guard wore a bulletproof vest inside a reception center with no metal detectors.
These are psychological tactics, not safety measures.
I documented everything.
12. The “WAVE” Supplemental: How Sound Was Used as a Weapon (Sonic Attacks)
I submitted photos showing:
My bed placed directly beside the door
Repeated door‑slamming by rotating groups of men
Metal bed frames amplifying the impact
Corners used to increase resonance and physical harm
This is known as administrative diffusion—many perpetrators, no single person to blame.
In Sweden, the torture intensified because the bed was attached to the wall.
The pressure came from all directions.
I experienced shortness of breath.
Then they videotaped me afterward—to make me doubt my ability to prove anything.

They can be directed
Shelters amplify these effects
This is not speculation.

Not toward America, Egypt, Israel, or any country or any person.
The people behind this are not nations.
