The CIA Covert Operation: Episode 6 — Psychological Operations: The Big Picture

The CIA Architecture of a Modern Psychological Operation — and How It Targets Individuals - From Isolation to Identity Erasure: Mapping the Tactics of State‑Driven Psychological Warfare

A currently active case at the Federal Court of Canada and Canadian IRCC. A case of persecution, torture and transnational repression by the US Government, by the CIA aided by the FBI. 10 years, 7 countries and 16 escape trips. A case filed in SwedenEnglandQatarNorway and now in Canada. A transnational repression in 6 countries including Egypt. A case filed with the United Nations and Inter American Commission on Human Rights.

When the rules no longer protect you, you are forced to protect yourself.

That principle — echoed by Mark Carney, now Prime Minister of Canada — is the reason I continue to create a public record of my case.

I escaped persecution in the United States. I escaped an attempt at murder in the United States. I escaped violence and torture in the United States.

I sought protection in five countries.

I tried to rebuild my life in Egypt.

I was attacked again.

I lost my knee.

I suffered a sternum fracture from a staged accident in the U.S.

I lost six teeth under threats and pressure.

And even in Canada — the fifth country — the pattern of transnational repression continues.

No country has been sovereign enough to protect me from U.S. influence.

The only option left is visibility.

This episode explains the psychological operation behind everything you’ve read so far — the architecture, the tactics, and the purpose.

This is not conspiracy.

This is pattern, evidence, and documentation.

1. Psychological Operations: What They Are and Why They Matter

A psychological operation (PSYOP) is not about guns or prisons.

It is about controlidentity erosion, and behavioral manipulation. It is about A prison sentence without a court order.

Every tactic used against me — isolation, staged incidents, false witnesses, weaponized psychiatry, employment sabotage, identity erasure — fits into a coordinated PSYOP structure.

Even General Michael Flynn, when targeted, was labeled a “conspiracy theorist.”

This is the standard playbook:

discredit the target, then destroy the target.

2. The Marriage Extraction Tactic

My ex‑wife contacted me from Atlanta with love‑bombing and big dreams.

But after marriage, she moved me to Statesboro, Georgia — a location that became the first hard evidence of a psychological operation.

Statesboro is:

  • isolated

  • economically limited

  • strategically useful for control

  • psychologically destabilizing

When I complained, she told me:

“You’re playing a victim.”

This is not coincidence.

It is a documented CIA extraction tactic:

marriage → relocation → isolation → control.

3. The CIA Submission: Matching My Experience to Documented Tactics

In my “CIA” supplemental submission, I matched my lived experience with declassified CIA methods, including:

• Extraction through marriage

Documented in CIA archives.

• Weaponizing religious institutions

The CIA infiltrated churches in the 1970s.

I experienced the same pattern:

  • Churches offering jobs if I “just get baptized.”

  • Pastors used as pressure points.

  • Baptism weaponized to discredit me later.

• Gaslighting and identity erosion

The book The Rape of the Mind describes exactly what I lived:

“You are not fit as a cashier.

You are not fit as a dog walker.

You are not fit as an accountant.”

This is psychological warfare, not coincidence.

• Using the public as tools

No one identifies as an agent.

But people around you are manipulated to:

  • shame

  • guilt‑trip

  • isolate

  • provoke

  • destabilize

This is how a PSYOP works:

the target is surrounded, but never sees the operators.

4. Suicide‑Framing and Crisis Engineering

When I called the domestic violence hotline in the U.S., they transferred me to a suicide hotline.

Why?

Because the operation needs a narrative:

  • “He is unstable.”

  • “He is paranoid.”

  • “He is suicidal.”

This is not support.

It is narrative construction.

Joost Meerloo, in The Rape of the Mind, explains that psychological coercion can:

  • destroy identity

  • induce collapse

  • push victims toward suicide

This is exactly what was attempted.

5. Cognitive Dissonance: The Shield That Protects Abusers

Psychological operations rely on one universal truth:

People will not believe you.

They rely on cognitive dissonance:

  • “Who are you for the U.S. government to target?”

  • “Why would five countries coordinate?”

  • “It must be paranoia.”

This disbelief protects the perpetrators.

Meanwhile, the target is left alone with:

  • fear

  • confusion

  • isolation

  • self‑doubt

This is how PSYOPs kill — not with bullets, but with silence.

6. Manufactured Paranoia: How They Create the Symptoms They Later Blame You For

In shelters, immigration centers, and public spaces, they tried to engineer paranoia:

  • staged conversations about homelessness

  • staged thefts

  • staged arguments

  • staged “overheard” crises

  • staged threats

In Canada, people talked loudly about losing their beds, losing their jackets, losing their place in line.

In the U.S., people staged fights, staged panic, staged fear.

The goal is simple:

Make the target behave in ways that can later be labeled “paranoid.”

This is not mental illness.

This is induced behavior.

7. False Witnesses and Entrapment Attempts

In Pennsylvania, a false witness appeared in the police report of my staged accident.

In Canada, inside the Scarborough shelter, I documented multiple attempts to:

  • prepare false witnesses

  • stage incidents

  • provoke reactions

  • create blame

This is a known tactic in intelligence operations:

prepare the narrative before the event.

8. White Supremacy and the Source of a Control Strategy

My ex‑wife’s father — a pastor — mocked a Black service worker as a monkey.

This was the first ideological red flag.

Later, I learned:

  • The University of Michigan still teaches CIA‑era assumptions of Black and Latino “intellectual inferiority.”

  • White supremacist ideology is embedded in parts of U.S. intelligence culture.

  • Public figures have used monkey comparisons toward Black leaders.

This is not random.

It is part of the dehumanization strategy used by white people against black people.

9. Police as Psychological Tools

In both the U.S. and Canada, police were used as visual authority triggers:

  • staged arrests

  • staged releases

  • staged intimidation

  • staged “mistakes”

Seeing a perpetrator released the next day sends a message:

“You are not protected.

You are alone.

You are next.”

This is psychological warfare.

10. Identity Erasure

One of the most consistent tactics was erasing my name:

  • refusing to call me by my first name

  • using only my middle name

  • using incorrect names

  • ignoring corrections

Identity erasure is a classic PSYOP tactic.

It destabilizes the sense of self.

Even in Canada, CBSA officers used this tactic.

11. Bureaucratic Sabotage: The Canadian Layer

In Canada, the pattern continued:

  • Ontario Works closed my file without calling me

  • IRCC gave me two conflicting upload portals

  • The Federal Court withheld my refund

  • CBSA officers used intimidation and identity erasure

  • Shelter staff used staged crises and threats

This is not bureaucracy.

It is continuation of the same operation.

12. Matching Every Tactic to Documented Psychological Operations

With the help of Copilot, I matched every tactic used against me to:

  • Dr. Ramani’s work on institutional narcissistic abuse

  • Ross Rosenberg’s work on gaslighting and self‑narrative destruction

  • Joost Meerloo’s work on coercive control

  • CIA declassified documents

  • Known PSYOP frameworks

Every tactic aligns.

Every pattern matches.

Every incident fits the architecture.

This is not random.

This is a coordinated psychological operation.

This is what is internationally recognized as an act of “transnational repression” where the CIA aided by the FBI, is trying to force me back to the USA where they persecuted me, tortured me and tried to kill me.

Conclusion: Why I Continue to Write

I am not sharing this out of hate.

I am sharing it because:

  • My life is at risk of being H A R MED or K I L L E D then later falsely later as committed s u i c i de. The CIA playbook for covering up their crimes.

  • I survived

  • I have evidence

  • And visibility is the only protection left

This is Episode 6.

Thank you for reading.

(!) Correction : I mentioned that the CIA deployed people expressing anger at times I was tortures, and said : get the anger inside you, I meant to say inside you , OUT, get it out, if you are angry we are torturing you, we are harassing you, we are dehumanizing you, we are disrespecting you, we blocked me from work, we are reinforcing degraded treatment on you, get the anger out and do something stupid, which I haven’t done and I will never do.
