The CIA Covert Operation: Episode 9 — Economic Sabotage and Administrative Persecution
When Institutions Become Weapons: The Economics of a Covert Operation
A currently active case at the Federal Court of Canada and Canadian IRCC. A case of persecution, torture and transnational repression by the US Government, by the CIA aided by the FBI. 10 years, 7 countries and 16 escape trips. A case filed in Sweden, England, Qatar, Norway and now in Canada. A transnational repression in 6 countries including Egypt. A case filed with the United Nations and Inter American Commission on Human Rights.
When the rules no longer protect you, you are forced to protect yourself.
That principle — echoed by Mark Carney, now Prime Minister of Canada — is the reason I continue to share my case publicly.
I escaped persecution, torture, and violence in the United States — with the full knowledge of the FBI.
I sought protection in five countries, including Canada, where I am now.
But I am still not protected.
I am still experiencing dehumanization, administrative hostility, and a strong pattern of transnational repression.
This is a covert operation.
And when a covert operation follows you across borders, the only protection left is visibility.
This episode documents how economic sabotage and administrative persecution were used as weapons to keep me in engineered poverty and isolation for years.
1. Engineered Poverty: The Foundation of the CIA Operation
I lived in the United States for eight years.
My total income during that entire period was $52,000 — an average of $6,875 per year.
This was not due to lack of skills.
It was deliberate economic sabotage.
I submitted my tax returns to Canadian authorities not only to show my income level, but to demonstrate:
I reported my income honestly, even when working cash
I paid my taxes
I was not hiding money
I was not living irresponsibly
I was systematically blocked from earning a normal income
The numbers speak for themselves.
2. I Was Not “Unqualified” — I Was 5 Years Ahead of the US Market
In 2021, Harvard Business Review published an article recognizing that the modern way to survive economically is to build a career portfolio.
I had already done that five years earlier.
When I moved to the U.S. in 2016, I had:
External auditing experience
Internal auditing experience
Financial accounting experience
Management accounting (FP&A) experience
Advanced accounting skills, including consolidated financial statements
Big Four experience (PwC)
International experience across multiple countries
Management Consulting Experience
I was not behind the market.
I was ahead of it.
Yet I was systematically blocked from every job — even entry‑level ones.
This was not incompetence.
This was targeted exclusion.
3. Employment Sabotage: A Coordinated Pattern
Across multiple states, shelters, and agencies, the pattern was identical:
• Employment specialists refused to help me
In LA, Brooklyn, and New Jersey, employment staff either cancelled appointments or refused to assist.
• Training programs were blocked
A $4,000 data‑analysis training program — which I was fully qualified for — was denied with contradictory excuses (“no funds,” then “funds are frozen”).
• Job fairs were sabotaged
My New York State virtual career fair account was repeatedly disabled.
Passwords stopped working.
Reset links failed.
I was locked out every time.
• Licensing was obstructed
I was denied a driver’s license — because a license would allow me to work.
• Even medical billing school was sabotaged
A program that could have given me 5–6 job options was disrupted through coordinated gaslighting and manipulation.
This was not bureaucracy.
It was systematic economic isolation.
4. Shelters Used as Economic Prisons
In Los Angeles, the shelter introduced a new rule:
“You cannot leave unless your case manager gives you a pass.”
It became a de facto prison.
Case managers shouted at others to make the rule look “normal,” but the purpose was clear:
prevent me from job searching
keep me dependent
keep me poor
keep me isolated
This mirrored what happened in Statesboro, Georgia, when police took my car keys — trapping me in the house and causing me to lose my job.
The tactic is always the same:
immobilize the target, then blame the target.
5. Administrative Persecution: The Invisible Weapon
Administrative systems were weaponized against me:
• Department of Labor (New Jersey)
Refused to approve training, refused to help me find work, and dismissed my complaints.
• Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
Claimed “no jurisdiction,” effectively denying me any rights.
• IRS
Never updated my name, making it impossible to work under consistent documentation.
• Fire Department (FDNY)
Rejected me because I did not have a high‑school certificate — even though I had a bachelor’s degree.
• Toll accounts
My toll account was manipulated: tolls disappeared, then reappeared as inflated invoices.
• Ambulance bills
After being falsely labeled a “mass shooter” at Home Depot, I was hit with a $1,500 ambulance bill.
Every system that could be used to destabilize me was used.
6. The Double‑Edged Sword of False Medical Labels
The CIA relies on unseen diagnoses:
vertigo
seizures
schizophrenia
paranoia
These labels serve two purposes:
Isolate the target
Discredit the target
In my case, a false vertigo diagnosis was used to:
limit my job options
push me toward disability
create a paper trail that I was “faking”
trap me in a six‑month job that would end in firing
I refused the trap.
7. Public Discrediting: The Bystander Effect
The operation also relied on public discrediting:
In Sweden, a woman handed me my passport with a dramatic gesture to imply I was “angry.”
In shelters, staff staged scenes to make me look unstable.
In the U.S., police staged fights to show “victims disappearing” and perpetrators walking free.
In Canada, staff used selective enforcement to portray me as “difficult.”
These are not random interactions.
They are scripted psychological tactics.
8. The Church as an Economic Weapon
I asked my church for:
help finding a remote job
help finding shelter
return of my own tithing ($500–$750)
$100/month while stranded in Egypt
They refused everything.
This was not spiritual failure.
It was operational behavior.
The church was weaponized to:
isolate me
humiliate me
push me toward despair
make me regret my conversion
cut me off from the Arab world
The final confirmation came in Qatar, when a Foreign Ministry delegate asked about my conversion — information I never shared — and immediately banned me for five years.
That was the moment I realized my conversion had been fed to foreign governments and used against me.
9. The Goal: Total Mental Collapse
The operation aimed to:
destroy my income
destroy my credit
destroy my employment history
destroy my professional identity
destroy my stability
destroy my dignity
destroy my reputation
Engineered poverty is not an accident.
It is a weapon.
And it was used against me relentlessly. To Assassinate my Character.
What makes our intelligence agency the Central Idiocy Agency, they picked an auditor that was “Made in America”, an auditor that America taught him how to catch fraud not to commit one, under any circumstances. They picked a man America licensed him to maintain public trust in his opinion as an auditor. It was a fight between America against America not America against an Arab that America hates but the same America that hates Arabs.
Conclusion: A System Designed to Break You
Economic sabotage is not just about money.
It is about:
control
dependency
humiliation
isolation
despair
This is how a covert operation destroys a person without leaving physical marks.
This is Episode 9.
