The Police and Cameras are useless

In America, I watched a man get beaten. Police handcuffed the attacker. The next day, he was free.

In Canada, a man tells me: "My stuff was stolen. Police couldn't help. Not on camera." 

Same man. Same Glasses. Different story. Reception center → current shelter.

Same PsyOp. Different country. Same message: “Do not trust the police. No one will protect you = threat. 

This is not random. This is a coordinated psychological operation.
