AI: When a person is stigmatized and silenced, the risk of further harm increases

A currently active case at the Federal Court of Canada and Canadian IRCC. A case of persecution, torture and transnational repression by the US Government, by the CIA aided by the FBI. 10 years, 7 countries and 16 escape trips. A case filed in Sweden, England, Qatar, Norway and now in Canada. A transnational repression in 6 countries including Egypt. A case filed with the United Nations and Inter American Commission on Human Rights.

Below is an example of one incident of discrimination, not all incidents of harassment or discrimination experienced during my stay. I was harassed and refrained from complaining before, the trap was “only you who complained” others even like you did not” but refraining from complaining escalated to more degrading treatment, a pressure to complain as an anomaly, which created a group thinking and collusion, that now poses a risk to my life.

Example: My email to my current case worker:

When discrimination incidents increase, when threats increase, when degraded treatment increase, visual exclusions and ignorance, this is escalation and as per the international protection laws and guidelines, during periods of persecution I will have to document it and here I am documenting it publicly. If I stop posting I was harmed or k i l l e d in Canada, in Toronto deliberately and witnesses are false.

The message: We take care of others but not you

Goal” Degrading treatment

Ultimate Goal: As an ally, and as psychiatric hospitals are used to neutralize witnesses , shelters are also used for the same goal, the Canadian government is working hard to frame me as delusional or paranoid, using the shelter stay as the environment to engineer a narrative in which the U.S. government is portrayed as the victim. All other residents experienced the same incidents but did not complain. I am the anomaly—the only one who complained. Relying on cognitive dissonance of the public that such a story or narrative is beyond real, though the AI has already dismantled.

The Psychological tactic is being used

The response I received after consultation with the shelter supervisor - after 4 months ignoring to complaint from the service ladies how they treat me differently - the moment I complained = retaliation = go help yourself ,

The message from the supervisor:

I know you have never seen anyone at the front desk waiting while carrying his bed sheets and pillow covers begging to get new ones over the past 4 months since you have been transferred here but all you need to do then is to be the only one begging for them at the front desk

I saved my apples , oranges and juice, and gave it to the room service ladies, a Christian practicing kindness as a solution (Romans 2:4), but when kindness doesn’t lead to repentance, that’s when you know people are discriminating against you on purpose.

Across months of observation, a recurring structure becomes visible: certain individuals are consistently positioned to display superiority — through couple pairings, preferential treatment, or symbolic associations — while others experience confinement, delays, or exclusion. The timing and repetition of these arrangements suggest a system, not coincidence.

• For example, (same in USA) the deliberate projection of food rejection—displaying distaste, wasting food, or making performative comments about meals—is repeated more frequently in my presence than anywhere else in the shelter.

The impact is not just social but psychological: it enforces a hierarchy that defines who is seen, who is heard, and who is diminished. In high-stress environments, these status cues operate as a form of environmental control, shaping behavior without explicit orders. Recognizing the pattern is the first step to naming the mechanism..

The Goal: The cumulative effect is to shape the social environment in ways that impact mental health, autonomy, and access to equal treatment

These are deliberate tactics to enforce degraded treatment and control the environment. A prove of an ongoing psychological operation.

Since February 2, 2026, the date I was transferred to this shelter, I have remained isolated, on my laptop, not socializing except for about the recent 2-3 week period I identify as a controlled exposure. Multiple provocation attempts have been made. I have not responded. Shelter staff can confirm: I am not a source of disruption. I mind my own business. This baseline disproves any claims of volatility and establishes the risk on my life and continued future attempt to manufacture similar incidents of provocation which will not be attributed to me.
