This is not just a real story. This is a legal case file submitted to the UNE- The Immigration Appeals Board of Norway.
For ten years, across seven countries, I have documented a coordinated campaign of persecution and transnational repression — a CIA-led operation, aided by the FBI and complicit foreign governments, designed to extract, isolate, torture, and eliminate me.
It is 2,000+ pages of medical records, police reports, tax returns, forensic analysis, AI analysis, sworn affidavits, and official government correspondence — all 100% consistent, with zero contradictions.

The old school persistent hammering on target to collapse or forced back to USA. Six countries. Six attempts to force return to the U.S. Expulsion during appeal. A broken knee for reprisal. I tried to leave and start a new life in 6 countries, the CIA ordered to break my knee by the Egyptians immediately after I filed my torture complaint with the United Nation.
After years of persecution across seven countries, I conclude with 100% certainty that those who have pursued me are clinically untreated. This is not a conspiracy — it is a pattern. A cycle they insist on completing. And that cycle always ends the same way: they insist to end my life.
Like those who tortured the Mauritanian for 14 years, they knew he was innocent from the first year — but they needed someone to exercise their psychopathy on, someone to torture, to satisfy their pathological need for control. In my case, I have no Nancy Hollander to save me. I ain't got one for my case either. I realize those who pursued me are no different, they just modernized tactics to avoid accountability.
I filed a torture complaint with the United Nations and asked them to take action against the USA, the Egyptians broke my knee within 4 days, the message:

1- I experienced strong pattern of transnational repression and persecution in Canada.
2- I asked the Inter-American Commission on Human rights to take precautionary measures against Canada the terrorist authoritarian and narcissistic government, the IACHR rejected it.
2- I unmask the true face of- expose, the Canadian government for what it really is, and now they are highly likely to try to silence me, retaliate, harm me or kill me.

None of the governments involved have taken responsibility or held themselves accountable. This is what happened between the governments of the USA, Sweden, England, Qatar, Egypt, Norway, and Canada, with shared narcissistic traits, they shared intelligence of hostility, and normalized persecution across borders.
These actions reflect a systematic effort to suppress public interest reporting, restrict the oversight of human rights organizations, and compromise critical witness testimony. When these systemic power-trips are brought to light, the response is often to shift focus onto the individual reporting the wrongdoing rather than addressing the core issues.

They try to kill me to keep their mask. Real criminals are out there — but they are not pursued. Their devices and email accounts are not hacked. Psychological operations are not run against them. This is a textbook study in grandiosity and the desperate pursuit of unearned status. When Brianna Fernandes' initial phone call failed to manipulate me, her fragile sense of superiority escalated. I organized my case by accusation, not by country or chronology. Because this is not a collection of isolated incidents — it is a coordinated campaign of crimes, executed simultaneously across multiple countries by multiple state actors working together.
WHAT THIS MEANS
The U.S. Congress, the Department of Justice, and the FBI could not challenge my accusations as false. They could not criminalize them. They could not indict me.
If I were lying, I would be the easiest prosecution in FBI history. I am not indicted because I am telling the truth.

WHY I DID NOT SUBMIT THE EVIDENTIARY COMPENDIUM TO THE CANDIAN GOVERNMENT - IRCC
I avoided seeking protection in Canada 5 times before, Canada is not a neutral arbiter in my case — it is a participant. From the moment I arrived, Canadian institutions replicated the same tactics used against me in the United States: identity erasure at CBSA, economic coercion through Ontario Works, medical neglect through blocked X-rays and staged appointment traps, and complete inaction by the HRTO. Canada has a documented history of violence against its own citizens, particularly Arabs, and has shown through its actions that it is an authoritarian regime and a terrorist government that cannot be trusted to investigate or protect against the very pattern it is actively and proudly enabling. Submitting my evidence to Canada would be submitting it to the same system that has been persecuting me.
Though Norway has applied the same bureaucratic tactic of prolonged processing time — 15 months or more — I submitted the Evidentiary Compendium to Norway. It is - supposedly- a separate and sovereign jurisdiction, with its own legal obligations under the European Convention on Human Rights, a government with a reputation for upholding human rights and the rule of law. I submitted it there because I already proven that Canada is part of the campaign. A pathetic and disgusting government that chose to defraud litigants than serve them justice at its highest levels of authority equating a northern middle power to an African autocracy.
