In 2002, Mohamedou Ould Slahi [ 🔗 ] was taken from his home in Mauritania. He was transported to Guantanamo Bay in Cauba a U.S. naval base. He was held for fourteen years . He was tortured—sleep deprivation, forced stress positions, sexual humiliation, sensory overload, and psychological manipulation designed to destroy his mind. The United States never charged him with a crime.
The story is well known. The government imprisoned him. The government tortured him. The government held him without trial. It was overt. It was visible. It was physical. That is the old way—an era of cages, chains, and interrogation rooms.
In 2008 and 2009, twice I traveled to the USA from Dubai to sit for my CPA exams. Americans asked me to stay; my friends in America asked me to stay. I was offered cash jobs and even a marriage arrangement with a U.S. citizen. Some family members who had relatives in America also asked me to stay and offered to host me in their homes. Everyone else broke their visas and stayed in America. I DID NOT OVERSTAY. A LIFE IN AMERICA WAS NOT A DREAM FOR ME. I met the American woman on a language learning App , she was learning Arabic, I was learning Turkish , I was not even on a dating app targeting any foreign women. This statement was part of my legal submissions to USCIS and for my asylum claims, I was not even learning English on the language learning APP. In 2016, I moved to the United States on a fiancé visa to marry an American woman whom I had met only three times in Egypt and had been dating since 2014. Ten years later, I am in Canada — the fifth country where I have sought protection from state-sponsored violence, torture, and an attempted murder orchestrated by the United States government.
Instead of containing an individual within walls, it follows them across cities, states, and international borders, operating through a coordinated system of covert violence :
Staged Accidents — State actors engineer collisions and attacks designed to look like accidents. Police reports are falsified. Forensic evidence is ignored. The target is meant to die without anyone ever knowing it was murder.
Weaponized Psychiatry [Character Assassination 🔗 ] — False medical diagnoses are used to isolate, discredit, and control individuals. Labels like “delusional,” “schizophrenic,” or “paranoid” are deployed to destroy credibility and dismiss documented evidence.
Medical Neglect — the systematic denial of appropriate care, misdiagnosis, delayed treatment, and rejection of referrals—is used to debilitate the target physically and psychologically, ensuring they remain vulnerable, tortured, dependent, and unable to effectively advocate for themselves.
Psychological Operations (PSYOP) — Gaslighting, smear campaigns, discrimination, food deficiency, 24/7 harassments, staged overhearing, death threats, staged interactions and manufactured social environments are designed to isolate targets, destabilize their perception of reality, and induce despair. The objective is to provoke self-elimination or elicit a reactive response that can be criminalized, leading to imprisonment, torture, or further institutional control.
Economic Sabotage — Careers are systematically destroyed. Experience letters are withheld. Employment is blocked. Poverty becomes a weapon of control and despair. Economic sabotage that destroys livelihoods restricts freedom and forces confinement, effectively imprisoning people without a court fearing for their lives, from another staged accident.
Institutional Weaponization — Shelters, hospitals, churches, government agencies, and non-profit organizations become instruments of persecution—not protection.
Extrajudicial Confinement and Torture : Employment blocked, no money to pay rent, get to the shelter instead of an official prison and the target will be harassed provoked and tortured to death , or to go to prison or a psychiatric hospital for a provoked - socially-engineered stress response or a crime:
How Support Systems Replace Physical Prisons - Physical Torture With Sound Waves: The democratic constitutions, the charters of human rights, and civil rights doctrines have effectively become a declaration of war by all federal and state agencies, signed unanimously against a single individual.
A persecution system, a structurally synchronized response, wherein federal and state agencies operate under an implicit consensus of mutual support, utilizing inter-agency data-sharing protocols to ensure that no single department offers refuge to a single targeted individual - who is not a threat to any of them.

The teeth in this photograph were not lost to age, neglect, or poor hygiene. They were extracted — some by dentists who were instructed not to treat me with dignity, others by the sheer force of prolonged torture, sleep deprivation, and the psychological weight of threats of death, homelessness, harm and betrayals.

The Modern Guantanamo is significantly deadly Both systems rely on the same premise: that the state can destroy an individual without ever proving guilt. In the old Guantanamo, the destruction was psychological . In the modern paradigm, the country itself becomes the prison , and the destruction is psychological, economic, social, and also physical—all at once .
The criminal minds behind this cycle is to give the target the means to self-destruct or self-harm, an invoked crime or collapse. Inside the old prison, it is imprisonment without a crime without a trial, and no much options to self-eliminate.
Led by the United States, foreign governments across six countries—
Egypt,

Norway, and
Canada—
Acting under U.S. influence, the foreign governments maintained coordinated pressure that left me systematically unemployed, unprotected within the same ongoing prison framework.
2026 is my 4th year I am totally blocked from work. I was blocked from work in USA and Egypt, my both countries of citizenship and Kuwait and blocked from protection in Sweden, the UK, Qatar, Norway and now Canada. No protection , No work, the part of this that continued with me is psychological operations to deliberately remind me that others are working and happy but me not.
This is a common tactic of authoritarian regimes to f orce their targets back under control —in my case, back to America— back to the same prison - a cycle from extraction to elimination:
Extraction — The target is drawn into the system through manipulation, marriage, or false promises.
Isolation — Support networks are severed. The target is cut off from family, friends, and professional communities.
Dehumanization [Character Assassination 🔗 / Smear campaign] — The target is reduced to a label: unstable, paranoid, delusional, unemployable.
Psychological Warfare — Gaslighting, honey traps, staged provocations, administrative diffusion, sleep deprivation, and manufactured narratives.
Economic Sabotage — Unemployment is forced - work exclusion. Careers are destroyed. Poverty is engineered as a weapon.
Irreparable Harm being blocked from work for 10 years meets the legal definition of irreparable harm. My resume now shows 10 years of no meaningful experience , my jobs were mainly surviving jobs.
Physical Harm — Staged accidents, sonic attacks (torture with sound waves) , medical neglect, and forced injury.
Elimination — The pattern escalates until the target is either dead, broken, or forced into a jurisdiction where they can be destroyed.

Police reports were falsified in America and in Egypt, a well-documented and common tactic, particularly in cases involving staged accidents or institutional cover-ups. The eagerness of control and superior state to torture and kill.
In The Truman Show , when Truman finally tries to escape by sea, the creators throw everything at him — including massive, artificial wind and storms — to try to break his will and force him back.
That large prison will eventually lead to the smaller cell - in my case now, I confined myself inside the shelters in Canada since October 16th, 2025 to avoid another staged accident.

What CoPilot and GPT mentioned about silencing everyone around the target: As the Canadians relied on winter cold , administrative attrition and psychological operations in shelters to threaten, harass and eliminate me. Torturing the Mauritanian was not the end — it was the pattern. Weaponizing the church to convert a Muslim to Christianity and betray him was not the first time the CIA did it. The difference is I survived by the grace of God. But what happened to me tells me the CSIS, and the CIA has done it before — because they were highly systematic. Between me and Mohamedou, there are victims who were eliminated, one after another. My experience are repeatable for the system, only god knows how many survived and how many did not.
The people who tortured Mohamedou Ould Slahi at Guantanamo Bay did not stop torturing because they were caught. They stopped torturing him because the world was watching.
They were driven by pathology—the narcissistic need to protect the mask, the sociopathic willingness to torture and destroy an innocent man rather than admit error—did not disappear. It adapted.
That same pathology is now deployed against civilians. The same intelligence agencies that held an innocent man for fourteen years without trial are now running psychological operations against individuals who have never been charged, never been convicted, and never been given a chance to defend themselves.
Slahi was innocent from the first year. They tortured him anyway. They held him anyway. They refused to admit they were wrong anyway. This is not a failure of individual judgment.
This is a systemic pathology—a narcissistic disorder embedded within intelligence agencies, where the preservation of the mask is more important than justice, truth, or human life.
Criminal minds are always calculating how to erase traces of their wrongdoing, meticulously removing evidence to evade accountability.
The modern American Guantanamo Bay is not a physical prison in Cuba. It is a system of invisible violence that operates across borders. It uses bureaucracy, psychology, false medical diagnosis, medical neglect, forced unemployment, and administrative delay as weapons. It does not need to charge a crime because its goal is not justice—it is dehumanization and elimination.
If Mohamedou Ould Slahi was innocent of the charges the government never brought, then the documented target of this campaign is innocent of the crimes the government has never charged.
If Slahi was a victim of state violence, then the documented survivor of this campaign is a victim of state violence—different methods, but the same source.
If the world condemned Guantanamo Bay, then the world must condemn this. Without decisive external oversight or judicial intervention to break this closed cycle, the administrative apparatus controlling my environment presents a direct, escalating threat to my physical survival, operating under a default trajectory that naturally culminates in lethal harm.
